Debt Of World

If the financial systems of the world crash, it could lead to world-wide starvation because people will not have a way to even buy food and other necessities of life. Before letting their families die of starvation, many people would rob and kill to get the things needed for survival. The world has such an overwhelming debt that people are seeking and demanding a solution to prevent disaster. As world leaders seek a solution for the financial debt crisis, the world debt train is headed for a fatal collision. We are in debt up to our eye balls! According to Biblical prophecy, a man will come along with the solution to world debt. Instead of starving, people will eat, drink and be merry! His solution will be accepted by many people, but the cost of this financial solution will be the damnation of their eternal soul in the torments of Hell.

The quotes below, from July 2015, describe the crumbling state of the world economy:

“There has been so much attention on Greece in recent weeks, but the truth is that Greece represents only a very tiny fraction of an unprecedented global debt bomb which threatens to explode at any moment.  …There are 24 nations that are currently facing a full-blown debt crisis, and there are 14 more that are rapidly heading toward one.” (1)

“There is approximately 200 TRILLION dollars of debt on the books.  That breaks down to about $28,000 of debt for every man, woman and child on the entire planet.  And since close to half of the population of the world lives on less than 10 dollars a day, there is no way that all of this debt can ever be repaid.  The only ‘solution’ under our current system is to kick the can down the road for as long as we can until this colossal debt pyramid finally collapses in upon itself.” (2)

If we personally had that kind of debt without the means to repay it, the bill collectors would soon be knocking at our door to foreclose on us and take what we have. Many people are barely surviving. Could you live on $10 a day? Even in our present global economy, people are starving in the world. Imagine how starvation would increase if there is a global financial crash. The financial condition of the United States is like a starving child’s stomach blowing up, but it is empty inside. Our financial balloon will pop soon if a solution to increasing pressure from debt is not found. This land of prosperity could face starvation because of its sins against God and man.

Public debt in the United States in 2004 was $4,184,837,158,470. If the debt was divided between all of the people of the United States, each person would have needed to pay $14,316.54 to pay it off. The debt in the United States is increasing by leaps and bounds because they must continue to borrow more and more money to keep up. In 2015, the public debt increased to $15,495,999,180,328. Debt per person in the United States increased to $48,606.02 in 2015. Since 2004, debt in the United States has increased more than three times. Many countries financial systems have failed because of overwhelming debt. The United States will soon feel financially strangled by debt if a solution is not found. People all over the world, including the United States, hope a solution for the debt crisis is found before disaster strikes.

A world financial crash could lead to famine, causing starvation. In our modern world, it takes a vast amount of money to produce food for the multitudes of people on our planet. When we look into the past, we can see how people respond when faced with starvation.

2 Kings 6:24-30 “And it came to pass after this, that Benhadad king of Syria gathered all his host, and went up, and besieged Samaria. 25 And there was a great famine in Samaria: and, behold, they besieged it, until an ass’s head was sold for fourscore pieces of silver, and the fourth part of a cab of dove’s dung for five pieces of silver. 26 And as the king of Israel was passing by upon the wall, there cried a woman unto him, saying, Help, my lord, O king. 27 And he said, If the LORD do not help thee, whence shall I help thee? out of the barn floor, or out of the winepress? 28 And the king said unto her, What aileth thee? And she answered, This woman said unto me, Give thy son, that we may eat him to day, and we will eat my son to morrow. 29 So we boiled my son, and did eat him: and I said unto her on the next day, Give thy son, that we may eat him: and she hath hid her son. 30 And it came to pass, when the king heard the words of the woman, that he rent his clothes; and he passed by upon the wall, and the people looked, and, behold, he had sackcloth within upon his flesh.”

War often brings famine leading to starvation, as it did in Samaria when they were under attack by the Syrian army. Food became very hard to get, leading people to drastic and sinful actions to prevent starvation. Two women agreed to take turns eating their sons. But, after the first son was eaten, the woman with the remaining son refused to cook up her son, 2 Kings 6:24-30. You may think that is terrible, and it is. But, in countries all across the world, people murder innocent babies by abortion. Since 1980, it is estimated that one million two hundred thousand billion unborn baby children have been slaughtered by abortion. Much of our world debt is because evil people of the world finance such sinful actions as abortion. Some doctors even suggest to mothers giving birth to children who are handicapped that the mother simply let them die of starvation. Murder, by starvation, of a newborn child outside of the mother’s womb is the next evil step after abortion. If the people of the world do not soon repent, God is certain to bring a harsh judgment. If the world continues on its present path of financing sin, God may allow us to be brought to our knees. The United States has even financed those who oppose and murder Jewish people. God will not tolerate this attack on His chosen people forever. It is time for the people, especially saved people, of the world to humble themselves, pray, seek God’s face, and turn from their wicked ways. If they do this, God may bring relief to the financial crisis in the world, 2 Chronicles 7:14.

In the future, during the prophesied seven-year Tribulation, there will be financial disaster. This, among other things, will lead to famine and starvation, Revelation 6:5-8. The False Prophet of Satan will offer a solution to the devastated people of the world. Satan’s evil cohort will be a financial genius. The False Prophet will have the answer for the debt crisis of the world. Sadly, the False Prophet’s solution to the world crisis will cost the price of people’s souls being damned. All finances will be regulated by his miraculous financial system. In order to buy or sell, each individual will be required to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their forehead. This will seem like a wonderful, inexpensive solution for debt to many people. If they can be assured of having full bellies and many pleasurable things, they will gladly sell their soul. If you were faced with the choice of starvation or plenty of food, what would your choice be if the cost for food was the damnation of your soul? During the Tribulation, many will eagerly choose to accept the requirement of acknowledging Satan as their god and worship him. The Mark of the Beast will indicate that they are worshiping Satan. Because of this, they will be able to buy food.

Revelation 13:16-17 “And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: 17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.”

Saved people will not accept the Mark of the Beast. Accepting the Mark means that the person is rejecting Jesus Christ as their Saviour. Those who receive the Mark of the Beast will be doomed to everlasting punishment in the torments of Hell, followed by the Lake of Fire.

Revelation 14:11 “And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.”

What is keeping you from repenting and believing on the Lord Jesus as your Saviour? Call on Jesus today in a sinner’s prayer like the publican in the Bible, Luke 18:13. Ask Jesus to be merciful to you, as a sinner, and save your eternal soul. There is nothing worth gaining and allowing your soul to be lost in the torments of Hell forever.

Matthew 16:26 “For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?
