Catholic Church Catechism 3

Endorsed by Pope Francis, Catechism of the Catholic Church and other corrupt Catholic literature are used to mislead multitudes of children. The Catholic Church, led by Pope Francis, systematically teaches children false doctrines about salvation and other vital doctrines with their corrupt literature. A corrupt salvation doctrine is the most misleading, deadly doctrine fed to the Catholic children. Also, unbiblical Catholic tradition has misled many blinded souls. A defiled translation of the Bible is used by the Catholic Church. Leaders in the Catholic Church, including Pope Francis, misinterpret the Scriptures in their lust to have power over their Catholic followers.

Pope Francis Baptising

A false salvation, by water baptism, is taught by both misinterpreted Scriptures and unholy traditions of the Catholic Church. Journalists in a blog called “Catholic Answers” make the false claim about water baptism being necessary for salvation. The Catholic Church misleads children by teaching them the false doctrine that water baptism is necessary for the salvation of a child. Notice the following defiled response in “Catholic Answers” about the power of water baptism to forgive sins:

“The Catholic Church (like the Eastern churches and ‘mainline’ Protestant churches) always has taught that baptism forgives sins, infuses grace, and marks one’s entrance into the Faith, and baptism can be conferred on infants validly.” (1)

Like a poisonous, coiled rattlesnake, the Catholic Church has twisted and poisoned the Scriptures. Scriptures are grossly misinterpreted to teach the necessity of water baptism for salvation.

For example: John chapter 3 is falsely used to teach that Jesus told Nicodemus that he needed to be water baptized to enter Heaven. But, in fact, Jesus was telling Nicodemus that he had to be born of water in the physical birth first and then to enter the Kingdom of God, he needed to be born spiritually by the operation of the Holy Spirit.

Water baptism does not have the power to forgive or wash away any sins, as falsely taught by the Catholic Church. Water baptism does not supply any grace to be saved by or grace to live by, as taught by the Catholic Church. Neither is water baptism a means to enter into saving faith. It is heresy to use verses like Matthew 19:14 or Luke 18:15-17 to teach that infants and very young children should be baptized.

Children Kingdom of God

Luke 18:15-17 “And they brought unto him also infants, that he would touch them: but when his disciples saw it, they rebuked them. 16 But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Suffer little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God. 17 Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child shall in no wise enter therein.”

Jesus touched infants that were brought to him. There is a big difference between touching an infant and baptizing an infant. But, yet, the Catholic Church teaches that when Jesus touched the infants that this is an example of Jesus showing that babies should be baptized. Pope Francis and his cohorts practice baby baptism, as seen in the second picture of this article. There is not one example of an infant or a very young child ever being baptized in the Bible. If it was proper to baptize babies, there would have been at least one example of an infant being baptized, Luke 18:15.

Jesus told the disciples not to forbid the infants being brought to him so that He could touch them. Jesus told them that little children are a part of the Kingdom of God. Truly, the unborn or infants who die are safe under God’s mercy. They become a part of God’s Kingdom when they leave this world. Water baptism has never helped an infant or anyone else to enter the Kingdom of God. Jesus was simply pointing out to His disciples the great value of a child, Luke 18:16.

Jesus touching them was a form of dedication for the child to be saved in the future and to serve God. This indicated the responsibility of parents and religious leaders to correctly teach the children the Scriptures that lead to salvation. It is a good practice to dedicate your children, including infants, to the Lord. But, dedication has no saving power from the penalty of sin in Hell. Because God blessed Hannah with a son, Samuel, she dedicated him to the Lord, 1 Samuel 1:1928. Timothy was taught the Scriptures as a child, 2 Timothy 3:14-17; 2 Timothy 1:5, Luke 18:16.

David's Dead Baby

Water baptism has nothing to do with the eternal safety of an infant or young child. When David’s ill conceived baby died, David realized that the baby was then part of God’s Kingdom. There is not one word about the baby being baptized. This is because David’s baby was not baptized. The baby did not get saved, but the baby safely entered God’s Kingdom by God’s mercy, 2 Samuel 12:15-23, Luke 18:16.

Even though infants or young children are sinners, they have not had the time to get trapped by the vices of sin, like adults. Often it is easier for a child, who is capable of making a choice, to be saved, than it is for an adult to be saved. An adult often has more sins to repent of when they believe on Jesus to save them. In order to be saved, an adult needs to be repentant like a little child and give up their sins. Young children are usually humbled easily. But, as time goes by, adults become very prideful. They are not willing to repent of their sins, admitting that they are wrong. They need to become humble like a young child to be saved. When Jesus touched the children, He explained that for an adult to enter the Kingdom of God they must receive it as a young child receives something. Adults are often filled with doubts, but young children in their innocence simply accept things by faith. Jesus was teaching those present that to be saved they needed to have the simple faith like a child. This passage of Scripture is not about infants or young children being saved before they understand. Also, Jesus is not teaching people to baptize infants or very young children that are unsaved, Luke 18:17.

The false, religious teachings of the Catholic Church about water baptism washing away sin or water baptism being called born again misleads many children, Revelation 1:5. Pope Francis leads in deceiving children about the purpose of water baptism! As these infants and young children grow up, they put confidence in water baptism to help save their eternal soul. This fatal flaw is caused by the false teaching of the Catholic Church about water baptism.

Catechism For Young Children

Catechism of the Catholic Church is one way that the Catholic Church indoctrinates innocent children with their false, deadly doctrine about salvation etc. The following is a definition of Catechism of the Catholic Church as defined by Catholics:

“The word ‘catechism’ is derived from an ancient Greek word meaning a ‘document or text which summarizes and explains doctrine.’ It is traditionally used for teaching and reference. The Catechism of the Catholic Church summarizes and explains the doctrine of the Catholic Church.

The Catechism of the Catholic Church says that ‘Catechesis is an education in the faith of children, young people, and adults which includes especially the teaching of Christian doctrine imparted, generally speaking, in an organic and systematic way, with a view to initiating the hearers into the fullness of Christian life.’

Since the adult generation of the Catholic Church has a duty and obligation to catechize – teach the Faith to – children properly so that they may carry forth throughout their own lives, it is only fitting that there are many Catholic catechisms available for children of every age.” (2)

In the various Catechisms of the Catholic Church, the letters “CCC” represent Catechism of the Catholic Church. In the Catechism, it is clearly taught that baptism is necessary for a child or an adult to be saved from Hell. Notice what the following quote from Catechism of the Catholic Church says about water baptism being necessary for salvation:

“And the Catechism of the Catholic Church states: ‘The Lord himself affirms that baptism is necessary for salvation [John 3:5]. . . . Baptism is necessary for salvation for those to whom the Gospel has been proclaimed and who have had the possibility of asking for this sacrament [Mark 16:16]’ (CCC 1257).” (3)

 Born Again Nicodemus

As already stated, Jesus did not tell Nicodemus that water baptism was necessary for salvation. This is a gross error and very deceptive in the Catechism of the Catholic Church to teach that water baptism has any saving power for sinners. The priests and nuns teach this lie to children from the CCC about water baptism. With a sly smile, Pope Francis and previous Popes continue to endorse the poisonous doctrinal lies written in the Catechism of the Catholic Church. Misled children suck on these lies of the Catechism of the Catholic Church like sweet lollipops sugar coated with poisonous, doctrinal lies. These poisonous, doctrinal lollipops are rotting the souls of these precious children.

The Scriptures clearly teach that belief on Jesus as their Saviour is required before a person can be biblically baptized, Acts 8:35-39.

Pope Francis False Teacher

Catechism of the Catholic Church falsely proclaims that the bishops and Pope Francis of the Catholic Church are the only ones who have the power and privilege to interpret Scriptures. This falsely perceived ability of the leaders of the Catholic Church to interpret the Scriptures is called Magisterium. The following two references about Magisterium are from the Catechism of the Catholic Church:

‘“The task of giving an authentic interpretation of the Word of God, whether in its written form or in the form of Tradition, has been entrusted to the living, teaching office of the Church alone. Its authority in this matter is exercised in the name of Jesus Christ.’ ‘This means that the task of interpretation has been entrusted to the bishops in communion with the successor of Peter, the Bishop of Rome [Pope Francis].’ (CCC 85) (888-892, 2032-2040)

‘The task of interpreting the Word of God authentically has been entrusted solely to the Magisterium of the Church, that is, to the Pope [Pope Francis] and to the bishops in communion with him [Pope Francis]. (CCC100) ’” (4)

Rock Jesus

The Catholic Church falsely teaches that every pope, including Pope Francis, is a successor of Peter, the apostle of Jesus. They claim that this false connection to Peter gives them the sole right to correctly interpret Scriptures. This is a false teaching. The church is not built on Peter. Also, the Catholic Church, led by Pope Francis, is not the church that Jesus promised to build. In fact, Peter is not the rock that Jesus refers to when He is talking to Peter.

Matthew 16:16 “And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.”

God the Father revealed to Peter that Jesus is “Christ, the Son of the living God”. The church is not an organization, like the Catholic Church. It is a living organism built by the only living God. The church consists of true repentant, born again believers in Jesus, Matthew 16:16.

Matthew 16:18 “And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.”

The false doctrine of Magisterium attributed to the bishops and Pope Francis is based on a false interpretation of the Scriptures. Pope Francis and the other Catholic Church leaders misinterpret and twist the Scriptures to satisfy their lust for power.

The Catholic Church falsely teaches that the church is built on Peter. But, this is a false interpretation of the Scriptures. Jesus would not have referred to Peter as this rock. If Jesus was talking about the church being built on Peter, He would have used a personal pronoun, like you or him in reference to Peter. But, instead, Jesus used the word this. The church is built on the truth that was revealed to Peter. It would be proper to call truth “this”. You can be sure that Jesus never misspoke. Jesus is that truth incarnate as recognized by Peter, John 14:6.

1 Corinthians 10:4 “And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ.”

If the church was built on Peter, it would fall into the sands of denial. But, Jesus is a firm foundation that prevents even the gates of Hell from prevailing against the church. Jesus Christ is the Rock of the church. There are pictures painted throughout the Old Testament showing that Jesus is like a Rock. The Rock that Moses struck in the wilderness to get water was a picture of Jesus. The gates of Hell will not move Jesus, the Rock, as He protects His bride, the church. Peter was used to help build the church, but he is not the Rock of the church, Acts 10. The bishops or the pope of the Catholic Church were never promised to succeed Peter, as they falsely teach. Besides, Pope Francis cannot hold a candle to the work that Peter did after he was converted. The good works that Pope Francis does are for the purpose of deceiving His blind followers.

John 14:12 “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.”

Jesus made some promises to His apostles, including Peter, but these same promises in John 14 were to everyone who believes on Jesus as their Saviour. The greatest work that we can do is to have a part in removing sins from a lost sinner by telling them about Jesus the only Saviour. Pope Francis or his priest cohorts do not have any power to forgive or remove sins. Only God can forgive sins and remove them, Matthew 9:6; Mark 2:7-10; 1 John 1:9. As a result of the gospel message, people will repent of their sins and believe on Jesus, John 14:12.

John 14:16 “And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;”

After Jesus went back to Heaven, the Holy Ghost was sent to indwell every true believer in Jesus, forever, John 14:6.

Holy Ghost Teaches All Believers

John 14:26 “But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.”

When the Holy Ghost came into the apostles, He taught them what the Scriptures mean. But, the Holy Ghost also teaches every believer the proper interpretation of the Scriptures. Those who yield more to God will have a clearer understanding of the Scriptures. Therefore, those who are teachers of the meaning of Scriptures should be those who are true believers who are yielded to the Holy Ghost. Even laypeople in the church can interpret the Scriptures if they are taught and guided by the Holy Ghost. Those who depend on the bishops and popes, including Pope Francis, of the Catholic Church for true interpretation of the Scriptures will be misled. The Catholic Church teaches some truth, but it is laced with poisonous doctrinal lies, John 14:26.

2 Timothy 2:15 “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”

The bishops and popes, including Pope Francis, of the Catholic Church misinterpret the Scriptures. Even if they properly interpreted the Scriptures, they would not have a monopoly on interpreting the Scriptures. Paul told Timothy to study the Scriptures so that he could understand the different divisions of Scriptures. For example: Some of the Scriptures are written solely to the Jews of the nation of Israel, but others are written to the church which includes both believing Jews and Gentiles. When we read Timothy chapter 2, it is clear that every believer is to study the Scriptures for a proper understanding of their proper interpretation, 2 Timothy 2:15.

2 Timothy 3:15-17 “And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. 16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.”

Others who are indwelt and filled with the Holy Ghost can teach us doctrine, but we as believers must all study the Scriptures to make sure that we are not being misled about the doctrine in the Scriptures. The Scriptures showed us what we needed to do to be saved, and the Scriptures show us how to live for God, 2 Timothy 3:15-17.

The false doctrine of Magisterium is taught to children in Catechism of the Catholic Church. When these children grow up, they falsely believe that they cannot interpret the Scriptures themselves. Most Catholics remain unsaved because they do not properly study the Scriptures. The Catholic Church, led by Pope Francis, is misleading multitudes of children with the teaching of Magisterium.

The Catholic Church also misleads children by claiming that the tradition of the Catholic Church is equal with the true Word of God:

“Sacred Tradition and Sacred Scripture make up a single sacred deposit of the Word of God” (DV 10), in which, as in a mirror, the pilgrim Church contemplates God, the source of all her riches. (CCC 97)” (5)

Fish Is Meat

Saving faith comes from hearing the Word of God, not from hearing about tradition, Romans 10:17. There is nothing sacred about the traditions of the Catholic Church. In fact, the traditions of the Catholic Church are unholy and unscriptural. For example: The Catholic tradition of not eating meat on Friday is contrary to the Scriptures. They eat fish and say it is not meat. It is the only vegetable that has eyes, blood etc. Ha! Ha! No, fish is meat. When Jesus asked His disciples for meat, they gave Him some fish, Luke 24:41-42.

Colossians 2:16 “Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:”

The tradition of the Catholic Church of not eating meat on Friday is taught to children. But, as we already have established, fish is meat. Friday is one of many traditional holy days of the Catholic Church. But, this is contrary to the Scriptures. The Scriptures plainly tell us that the Catholic Church has no right to tell people not to eat meat on a certain day. Also, they have no right to claim Friday as a holy day since the Bible does not claim it to be a holy day. The Catholic Church, led by Pope Francis, is choking their followers spiritually with endless unbiblical holy days and other traditions, Colossians 2:16.

Notice the following quote from the Catechism of the Catholic Church about tradition of the Catholic Church. There are many unbiblical teachings rooted in unbiblical, corrupt traditions of the Catholic Church:

“Sacred Tradition should not be confused with mere traditions of men, which are more commonly called customs or disciplines. Jesus sometimes condemned customs or disciplines, but only if they were contrary to God’s commands (Mark 7:8). He never condemned sacred Tradition, and he didn’t even condemn all human tradition.

Sacred Tradition and the Bible are not different or competing revelations. They are two ways that the Church hands on the gospel. Apostolic teachings such as the Trinity, infant baptism, the inerrancy of the Bible, purgatory, and Mary’s perpetual virginity have been most clearly taught through Tradition, although they are also implicitly present in (and not contrary to) the Bible. The Bible itself tells us to hold fast to Tradition, whether it comes to us in written or oral form (2 Thess. 2:15, 1 Cor. 11:2). (CCC 75–83)” (6)

The traditions of the Catholic Church are very much in opposition to the Scriptures. Tradition is fine if it is not contrary to the Scriptures. But, the false Catholic doctrines of infant baptism, purgatory, and Mary’s perpetual virginity are some of the many Catholic traditions that oppose the Scriptures. For example: Mary was a virgin when she conceived and gave birth to Jesus, but latter she had other children. She did not continue to be a virgin, as falsely taught by the Catholic Church, Matthew 12:46-50; Matthew 13:55-56; Mark 6:2-3: Matthew 1:24-25.

Step Brothers and Sisters of Jesus

Catholic theologians falsely state that the brothers of Jesus in Matthew 12:46-50 are really cousins, not sons of Mary. But, in context, we see clearly that the mother mentioned is Mary. Since Mary is clearly the real mother of Jesus, it would be twisting the Scriptures to teach that the real step brothers of Jesus were not with His mother. These are the step brothers of Jesus, not cousins. These brothers are the sons of Mary and Joseph that were born after the birth of Jesus.

Likewise, in Matthew 13:55-56, it is clear by the context that the brothers mentioned are the step brothers of Jesus. Both Joseph, the carpenter, and Mary, his wife, are mentioned along with the brothers. These brothers are clearly the children of Joseph and Mary together. There is not one Scripture that states that Mary did not have children the natural way with her husband after the virgin birth of Jesus. As stated, there is much proof to show that Mary did not remain a virgin after the birth of Jesus.

According to Mark 6:2-3, Jesus also had step sisters born to Joseph and Mary.

Mary way safeguarded as a virgin by Joseph until the birth of Jesus. After the birth of Jesus, Mary and Joseph had normal sexual relations just like any other normal married husband and wife. Joseph knew Mary in a physical way. As a result, Jesus had step brothers and sisters, and Mary was no longer a virgin, Matthew 1:24-25.

The evil goal of the Catholic Church is for children and adults to put confidence in Mary. They try to make Mary equal with God. Mary was truly a godly woman, but she was also a sinner who needed salvation by repenting of her sins and believing on Jesus as her Saviour, Luke 1:47.

The Catholic Church falsely teaches in Catechism that the gospel is taught to people by both tradition and the Bible. Pope Francis is in full agreement with this teaching about the gospel being taught by Catholic tradition. But, this is false. The gospel is that Jesus died, was buried and rose again. This is clearly taught in the Scriptures, 1 Corinthians 15:1-8. Tradition is not needed to teach the gospel. Catholic tradition teaches a false salvation plan. The Scriptures also show us everything we need to know to live for God. It does not say that we need the Scriptures plus tradition to live for God. Clearly, the Scriptures are all we need to guide us in pleasing our wonderful Saviour, God, 2 Timothy 3:15-17.

The Catholic Church, led by Pope Francis, continues to mislead children by teaching them false doctrine by the use of various corrupt Catholic literature. They also use a corrupt Bible translation and misinterpret the tainted Scriptures. Unbiblical Catholic traditions are laced like poison with the Scriptures. Infants and older children are spoon fed these spiritual lies. Our prayers are for the Catholic children to hear the real gospel and be saved. Also, we desire that Catholic children study the true Scriptures and find the true interpretation of God’s holy Word.

Pope Francis Millstone

Matthew 18:5-6 “And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me. 6 But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.”

Whether you are Jewish or Gentile, we encourage you to come out of false religion and repent of your sins and believe on Jesus as your Saviour. Call on Jesus today in prayer and ask Him to save you. Do not trust in your good works, customs, ceremonies, or traditions to save you from the penalty of your sins. Only Jesus can save you from the fires of Hell, followed by the Lake of Fire.
