A Jewish synagogue is defiled and damaged in Iran. People in Iran are taught to hate their Jewish neighbors. Both the flags of Israel and the United States are dishonored by an Iranian Muslim.

Jewish Synagogue Defiled

Those Iranians who defiled the Jewish synagogue in Iran tore up two Torah scrolls. Those who defile God’s Word will face judgment. The Torah is the first five books of the Old Testament. Jewish prayer books were ripped up and thrown into the bathroom. Lamps were smashed and windows broken in the synagogue.

Jews Persecuted in Iran

Many of the Iranians hate the Jewish people. Muslims in Iran have continually attacked Jews. In the past, Jews have fled Iran fearing for their lives. There are about 8,500 Jews still living in cities in Iran. They are not likely to see any justice concerning the recent attack on their synagogue in Shiraz. The government of Iran is run by Muslims who would like to wipe the Jews off the face of the Earth.

Flags of Israel and US Dishonored

Muslims of Iran and other countries continue to dishonor the flags of Israel and the United States. The flags of Israel and the United States represent great sacrifices made by their citizens. Men and women of Israel and the United States have given their lives for the freedom of others all over the world. The Jews of Israel have shown great compassion to Muslims in their country and around the world. Often, the sick and dying are taken into the Jewish hospitals. Sadly, Muslims spit in the face of those who make great efforts to save their lives. The United States is hated by the Iranians because we support Israel. It is a disgrace when anyone dishonors the flags of such compassionate nations. God bless America and Israel!

New Year Resolutions

In 2018, resolve to pray for the safety and salvation of Jewish people all over the world. When you see a Jewish person, speak a kind word to them. Pray for the salvation of the Muslims, who are misguided. Pray for Hope of Israel Baptist Mission! If you do not know the Lord Jesus as your Saviour, get saved at the beginning of this year. Repent and believe on Jesus as your Saviour. Share the gospel with as many people as possible this year. Happy New Year in the Lord Jesus!

Peace and Prosperity in Israel

Psalms 122:1-9 A Song of degrees of David. “I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the LORD. Our feet shall stand within thy gates, O Jerusalem. Jerusalem is builded as a city that is compact together: Whither the tribes go up, the tribes of the LORD, unto the testimony of Israel, to give thanks unto the name of the LORD. For there are set thrones of judgment, the thrones of the house of David. Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee. Peace be within thy walls, and prosperity within thy palaces. For my brethren and companions’ sakes, I will now say, Peace be within thee. Because of the house of the LORD our God I will seek thy good.”
