This isn’t just the beginning, not at all. Technology has grown at an exponential rate throughout history. First very slowly, now the acceleration of technological developments is head-spinning. Not long ago, Dick Tracey used his wristwatch as an audio/video communication device. Along comes 3G/4G and wireless devices, we’re there. All of this technology comes with a big price – not in dollars but in privacy and liberty. Big brother and sister can, and does, use this technology without restraint.
The Bible foretold of the people of all nations seeing the dead bodies of the two witnesses lying in for three days. Not too long ago, this was patently absurd. How could the whole world see anything, especially before television. Now with the internet and current technology it is undoubtedly possible.
The Bible also tells us that one day, no one will be able to buy or sell without the mark in their forehead or in their right hand. Implants for pets are the rage now, why not for children? Criminals? No problem, just add a micro transponder, instant location. The implant would also be a dandy way of storing all of your medical and financial records. Need to make a purchase? Just make your selection and scan your hand. No longer any need to carry around that clunky credit card. Need emergency medical care? The medical treatment begins with a scan, revealing all medical conditions and medication you are currently taking. Hey, while we’re at it, why not just implant everyone. What a great way to “protect” society. Don’t want to participate? Too bad, no medical treatment and no purchasing power for anything. Talk about the ultimate method of control.
Can you see how the anti-Christ system is taking shape – this is just another stepping stone. For the believer in Christ, the Messiah, we should be alarmed about these rapid developments, not because we have anything to fear, but that our relatives do! We must warn others of the last days and give them the plan of salvation.
