Church Absent From Tribulation!
This is an excerpt from our new book titled, “Church Absent From Tribulation.” In this book, we will present Biblical proof that there will be a Pre-Tribulation Rapture, not a Pre-Wrath Rapture. Detailed evidence based on Scriptures will be given to prove the following points: The church of believers will be absent from the prophesied seven-year Tribulation when it begins on Earth. The church will be caught up to Heaven in the Rapture before the Tribulation begins. After the church is caught up to Heaven, they will stand at the Judgment Seat of Christ. The church standing before the Judgment Seat of Christ will take place soon after the Rapture. The scene in Revelation 4 and 5 will take place immediately before the seven-year Tribulation begins. There is evidence showing that the Rapture of the church and the seven-year Tribulation start on the same day. The Jewish honeymoon, in the Jewish wedding, established by God paints a beautiful picture of the honeymoon of Jesus and his bride, the church, in Heaven, Genesis 29:25-28. Just as the Jewish honeymoon is seven days, the Tribulation on Earth will be a prophetic week of seven years. In prophecy, the seven day week represents seven years, Daniel 9:24, 27. After the marriage supper, the church, the wife of Jesus Christ, will arrive back on Earth at the end of the Tribulation with King Jesus when He comes to fight in the Battle of Armageddon. This will be followed by a thousand-year reign on Earth for Jesus, the bridegroom, and His bride, the church.
By understanding who the twenty-four elders are, in the book of Revelation, we can better determine if the church will be present or absent during the seven-year Tribulation. Many scholars have attempted to identify the twenty-four elders in the book of Revelation. It is important to dismiss who the twenty-four elders are not so that we can rightly divide the Word of God and identify the twenty-four elders. In this book, we will show that the twenty-four elders are real men who appear to represent a bigger group of people. We will identify who the twenty-four elders represent.
In this book about the Pre-Tribulation Rapture, we will first present Scriptural evidence to show who the twenty-four elders are not. The twenty-four elders are not angels. The twenty-four elders are not Old Testament Saints. The twenty-four elders do not include the twelve sons of Jacob/Israel in Genesis 49 because they are Old Testament Saints. In other words, the twenty-four elders do not include the twelve founding fathers of the twelve tribes of Israel, Genesis 49:28. Since the twenty-four priests in 1 Chronicles 24:1-19, are Old Testament saints, neither can they be the twenty-four elders in the book of Revelation.
It will be clearly proven that the twenty-four elders are redeemed church believers with their glorified bodies. These twenty-four elders, with the rest of the church, have been caught up to Heaven in the Rapture, just before the prophesied seven-year Tribulation begins. The Tribulation will begin immediately after the Rapture of the church. These twenty-four elder men represent everyone from the church age, but not the Old Testament saints. It is likely that the twenty-four elders are some of the founding fathers from when the church started at Pentecost.
This has been a short excerpt from our new book titled, “Church Absent From Tribulation.” This book or any part of it is not intended to be an attack on the person or character of any person who holds an opposing view about the Rapture of the church and the Tribulation. But, it is a Biblical defense of a Pre-Tribulation Rapture. We believe that the Pre-Wrath Rapture taught by Steven Anderson and others is false doctrine. Also, contrary to the teaching of Steven Anderson, we believe that the Bible teaches a seven-year Tribulation, not a three and one-half-year Tribulation. The seven-year Tribulation will start immediately after the Rapture of the church. The full book will be available soon so that you can be fully and Biblically informed on the subject of a Pre-Tribulation Rapture. If you hold an opposing view to ours about when the Rapture of the church takes place, we hope that you will prayerfully read this whole book and study related Scriptures so that you can make an informed decision.
