Jerusalem Capital of Israel

President Trump announced on December 6, 2017 that the US embassy would move to Jerusalem, the capital of Israel. Presently, the US embassy is in Tel Aviv.

The Muslims have objected to any embassy for Israel being in Jerusalem. The Muslim “Palestinians” have falsely claimed that at least part of Jerusalem should be their capital.

Jerusalem is solely the capital of Israel, according to the Scriptures.

Trump Recognizes Jerusalem as Capital of Israel

President Trump formally recognized Jerusalem as Israel’s capital. Orders were given to the State Department to move the US embassy to Jerusalem. The US will be the first country to move its embassy to Jerusalem. The move will take about three or four years. It will take time to build a US embassy facility. Security, design, and cost for the new embassy must be decided.

Muslims Reject Jerusalem as Israel’s Capital

“Palestinian” President, Abbas, warned that the US embassy moving to Jerusalem could lead to trouble in Israel and the world. Because of this decision, the president of Turkey warned that they might break diplomatic ties with Israel. Many Muslims all over the world falsely believe that the Jews of Israel should share Jerusalem as a capital.

Scriptures State That Jerusalem Belongs to Israel

Jerusalem is included in the land that God promised to Abraham and his Jewish descendents.

Genesis 15:18 “In the same day the LORD made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy [Jewish, not Arab] seed have I given this land [Israel], from the river of Egypt [Nile River] unto the great river, the river Euphrates:”

Jerusalem is included in the land between the Nile River and the Euphrates River. The Muslims have no right to any of the Promised Land.

Down through history, Jewish people have lived in Jerusalem. Jewish kings ruled from Jerusalem. King David ruled Israel from Jerusalem.

1 Kings 2:11 “And the days that David reigned over Israel were forty years: seven years reigned he in Hebron, and thirty and three years reigned he in Jerusalem.”

Our Jewish Saviour, King Jesus, will rule Israel and the world from Jerusalem. Jerusalem is the capital of Israel.

Isaiah 24:23 “Then the moon shall be confounded, and the sun ashamed, when the LORD of hosts shall reign in mount Zion, and in Jerusalem, and before his ancients gloriously.”

Those who oppose Jerusalem being the sole capital of the Jews will face the judgment of God. Muslims have no right to Jerusalem or any part of the Promised Land. There will be no peace as long as Muslims try to make Jerusalem their capital.

During the Millennial reign of King Jesus, Jerusalem will be the capital of Israel. David’s tabernacle will be restored in Jerusalem.

Amos 9:11-15 “In that day will I raise up the tabernacle of David that is fallen, and close up the breaches thereof; and I will raise up his ruins, and I will build it as in the days of old: That they may possess the remnant of Edom, and of all the heathen, which are called by my name, saith the LORD that doeth this. Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that the plowman shall overtake the reaper, and the treader of grapes him that soweth seed; and the mountains shall drop sweet wine, and all the hills shall melt. And I will bring again the captivity of my people of Israel, and they shall build the waste cities, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and drink the wine thereof; they shall also make gardens, and eat the fruit of them. And I will plant them [Jews] upon their [Jewish] land [Israel], and they [Jews] shall no more be pulled up out of their land [Israel] which I have given them [Jews], saith the LORD thy God.

In the Millennial reign, the people of Israel will be blessed with abundant crops. All of the cities, including Jerusalem, will be restored to the Jewish people. Those Muslims who want the land of Israel in the false name of peace will fail. God guarantees the Jewish people of Israel peace in the future.

Prime Minister Netanyahu Said Thanks

Prime Minister Netanyahu thanked President Trump for recognizing Jerusalem as Israel’s capital. We are happy that President Trump honored his word to recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital. It is our prayer that President Trump will not back down about moving the US embassy to Jerusalem. We are moving very fast toward end time events.
